For those planning on going to med school this conference provides a wonderful opportunity to boost your application by presenting at a conference. This would look wonderful on an application to med school being involved in biomedical ethics! Plus perhaps it would help you prepare for those ethical questions that will arise in a medical school interview.
Grad School..specifically those interested in research with either human or animal subjects. This is a good place to become aware of the issues. Presenting at the conference would also look good on a grad school application or on an NSERC or other scholarship application.
