The University Community offers its most sincere condolences to the family, friends and student colleagues of Kandice Raye Williamson, age 22 and originally from Black Diamond, Alberta, who passed away off campus on Sunday, December 17, 2006 in a single vehicle car accident reported by RCMP to be near Vulcan.
Kandice commenced studies at The University of Lethbridge in the Fall Semester, 2002, and was most recently enrolled in the Bachelor of Management program, where she was majoring in Accounting. At the time of her passing she was in her fourth year of studies and just finished her exams.
A Celebration of Kandice's life will take place Thursday, December 21, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at The Evangelical Free Church in Okotoks, 28 Westland Road. A Memorial Trust Fund will be set up at the Alberta Treasury Branch in Turner Valley. Arrangements are in care of SNODGRASS FUNERAL HOMES (Okotoks). Telephone: 938-3111.
