1) Submit your healthy recipe to wellness@uleth.ca – prizes will be drawn for those who submit. Attend the ‘Life Balance fair’ to receive your copies of the recipes submitted
2) Thank a Co-worker Week – need a thank you card to fill out? Send an email to wellness@uleth.ca and we will send you a card to complete and send to a co-worker
3) Do a 5 minute desk clean up – tidy up the clutter around your office or workstation
