The Engineering and Infrastructure Department at the University of Lethbridge is seeking applications for a full-time Term Project Manager. This term position is until approximately November 30, 2015.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure, the incumbent will be responsible for project development, design and management through all phases of alteration and renovation projects. The successful candidate will determine stakeholder requirements, develop project budgets, administer professional services agreements, and coordinate the preparation of tender and contract documents. Other duties include performing on and off-site construction services, computer drafting and managing projects’ within our project management system.
The ideal candidate will have a University degree and several years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment. Good time management skills are essential in order to manage projects on time and on budget.
