DIRECTOR OF ENROLMENT AND STUDENT RECRUITMENT

The University of Lethbridge has an exciting career opportunity for the position of Director of Enrolment and Student Recruitment. This is a key management position within the Registrar’s Office and Student Services beginning as soon as possible.

Reporting directly to the Registrar, the Director of Enrolment and Recruitment’s key responsibility is to provide operational direction and guidance to the Student Recruitment department, working in close collaboration with Admissions and other units in the Registrar’s Office and Student Services. Specifically, the successful incumbent will play a vital role in setting the strategic vision for enrolment management, recruitment, and student engagement for all campuses at the University of Lethbridge. The individual also will be responsible for ensuring the development and documentation of clear strategies and contingencies that are based on data driven analytics.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a post-secondary environment and a proven capability to operate at a senior managerial level. The successful candidate will have experience working with strategic enrolment management and student recruitment initiatives, excellent team-building skills, and evidence of commitment to the quality of the student experience. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in creating and communicating strategic goals and objectives, multi-year strategic enrolment plans, as well as developing policies and procedures. An extensive skill set is required including excellent written and oral communication skills; planning, organizational and leadership skills; and a high level of comfort with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
