The Department of Facilities at the University of Lethbridge is seeking a talented, self-motivated, and innovative individual for the position of Manager, Facilities Administration to begin work as soon as possible.

Under the supervision of the Associate Executive Director, Facilities the Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the Facilities Support staff. The primary responsibilities include the management of the workload and performance of Facilities support staff, management of staffing levels, and management and administration of the Facility Management system within Facilities and Sport and Recreation Services. In addition the successful incumbent will have extensive budgetary responsibilities and is responsible for the forecasting and reporting of campus wide utility usage.

The successful incumbent must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or a combination of education and experience, as well as experience in managing staff, managing budgets and forecasting, as well as the management of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). A successful incumbent will also be able to demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to exercise independent judgment is essential.
