The University of Lethbridge is seeking an individual with administrative experience in an academic environment to lead the activities of our Calgary Campus.

Primary Responsibilities
The individual in this position is responsible for managing operations of the University of Lethbridge - Calgary Campus and for working as a part of an intercampus leadership team. Duties including facilitating the effective delivery of a strong academic program, supervising support staff and student advisors, and managing daily operations of the Calgary Campus. The Campus Manager reports to the Assistant Dean of Northern Campuses, and works closely with University administrators in providing insight and information for program planning, recruitment and marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
The preferred educational background is a graduate degree and extensive experience working in a postsecondary setting. Required skills include supervision of administrative staff, budgeting, relationship building, effective communication, and program planning. Recruitment and marketing experience is considered an asset. Successful candidates will be stakeholder focused, highly motivated, and thrive in an environment that values collaboration, initiative, creativity, and concern for quality education. This position requires occasional travel to Lethbridge and Edmonton.
