The Women Scholars Speaker Series is pleased to present a lecture featuring Dr. Gail Michener on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 12 - 2 p.m. in AH100, Anderson Hall.

Her lecture is titled "Limits to kinship, cooperation, and conflict in Richardson's ground squirrels: why males and females differ". Dr. Michener is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Biological Sciences, University of Lethbridge. She has been the recipient of many awards at the UofL such as the Board of Governors’ Research Chair, the Ingrid Speaker Medal for Distinguished Research and the Distinguished Teaching Award.

Refreshments will be available prior to the lecture, with a discussion period to follow. The event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. We hope to see you there!
