Pure North is setting up a clinic in Lethbridge on Tuesday, November 27 starting at 8 a.m. for new participants and 9 a.m. for current participants.

If you are a new participant or redoing blood work please ensure to include your full name and date of birth and appointment preference. If you wish to review your results from your last blood work date please indicate this along with your appointment preference.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your RSVP is received with the confirmed times.

If you have not had your bloodwork done in over 6 months, please remember to fast for 10 – 12 hrs prior to your appointment, drink plenty of water (take all prescribed medications as usual).
Please contact a Pure North nurse if you have any questions. (403 457 5077). For fasting times less than 8 hours all recommended blood tests can be assessed except fasting insulin.
If you are returning for results please DO NOT FAST.
In order to help our participants reach their health goals, supplement recommendations, blood work, the heavy metal reduction program and lifestyle questionnaire are all reviewed periodically with changes being made based on your most recent information.
Program interventions are research based with all policies and procedures, including higher vitamin D dosing, having been approved by two independent ethics boards (The Human Research Ethics Board of the University of Alberta, Institutional Review Board Services in Aurora, Ontario).
At the University of Lethbridge, Pure North addressed all concerns raised by the Human Subject Review Committee and subsequently received ethics approval from the HSRC on September 13, 2012. In accord with requirements under the Alberta Health Information Act, a copy of the HSRC approval letter was forwarded to the Information and Privacy Commissioner’s Office.
