1) Attend “Mindful Meditation” Lunch and Learn Oct 30 AH100 – 12:00 noon – 1:00 PM
2) Designate all your meetings this week ‘caffeine free’. Ask people to bring water, healthy juices or herbal teas instead of caffeinated beverages.
3) Invite all team members in your department or area to go for a lunch time stroll. Count your steps with a pedometer! (get ready for next year’s Heart Smart Challenge…)
4) Set a day each month when you focus on going home on time to spend time with your family or friends.
