On October 11, 2012 at the Open Session Meeting of the Board of Governors of the University of Lethbridge, updates to the following policies were approved:

* Art Placement Policy
* Survey Policy
* Designation of Senior Administration Policy
* Approval and Signing Authorization Policy

At the same meeting, the creation of the following policy was approved:

* Communicable Disease/Pandemic Policy

Also at the same meeting, the following policy was rescinded:

* Review of Senior Academic Administrators Policy
