Please be advised that stairwells in University Hall blocks D and E will be closed for a couple of days each during the week of July 23-27. See the schedule below. During these closures either the elevator or detours will need to be used to access some areas.
The E stairwell access will be closed 1 level at a time between July 23-24 to replace the existing access doors and frames. Each level will be closed for 2-3 hours each, using removable expandable gates. Once a level is completed it will be re-opened for access. Detour signage will be placed at each closure area. Detours will be attained through the D stairwell, up or down to the desired area, and across to E block, or the E elevator. Stairwell access will remain open for levels E6 and E7.
