Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) and the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) recognized more than 1,200 Canadian student athletes with a GPA of 80 per cent or greater as 2002-2003 Academic All-Canadians. The following 40 Pronghorn athletes received Academic All-Canadian honours:
