Graduate Student Payroll Letters
Students who are in the School of Graduate Studies may have the option to have their tuition payments deducted from their University of Lethbridge monthly payroll. This would be applied directly to their student account to pay for tuition and fees charges only. All other charges, such as parking and library fines, would have to be paid directly by the student.
Please fill out the Graduate payroll deduction Letter, and submit signed copy to the Cash Office for processing. Please note, in order for the payments to be deducted over four months, the letter would have to be received before the 15th day in September for Fall semester, January for Spring semester, and May for Summer semester.
