Student Clubs funding application form

Please complete this form to apply for funding support for U of L Management student clubs.

To ensure a quick response to your inquiry, check that you have provided all the necessary information and have attached any supporting documents.

List club executive committee members and their home campuses (if different from applicant)
Advisor or case coach who will provide support and mentorship prior to and/or during activity.
Activity Description
Briefly explain the club's purpose and potential membership.
Discuss how this club activity will a) help students develop as business professionals, b) benefit students on all campuses and/or in all program years and c) promote the mission and reputation of the U of L/Faculty of Management.
If this is an established club event, please list previous attendance, costs and comments on successes and areas for improvement.
Financial Information
List internal and external organizations you will approach for additional funding. You may also attach your list in the documentation section (please make a note in this space).
Please attach a detailed budget to this application form. Ensure that faculty advisor expenses are included, if applicable.
