4. Can I take courses at another university (visiting student authorization) and transfer them back to U of L?
Students must obtain the approval of the Faculty of Management for authorized study at other universities after admission. Authorized studey at another university after admission to the Faculty is called Visiting Student Authorization (VSA). If a Management student takes a course at another institution without approval, transfer credit for that course will not be allowed.
If you feel you have extenuating circumstances that make you eligible for VSA, you should meet with your academic advisor at the Calgary Campus office. See Appeal Letter information sheet. Please also refer to the Visiting Student Authorization information sheet for more information.
