Who is this program for?

Students, Faculty and Staff interested in shared motion.

What is it about?

Created out of personal experience and backed by research, Run Walk Talk is a drop-in group exploring the benefits of physical activity, community and connectedness to emotional health and wellbeing.

What will a session look like?

Beginning September 27, participants will gather in the Quad behind Markin Hall on Wednesdays at 12:10  for 40 minutes.  Each week will highlight a different topic related to physical activity and emotional health and wellness while we run and walk together. New members are welcome to join any time! Please be prepared to complete a waiver prior to your first session.
