Inuit Art Works from the U of L collection

Thursday, June 15 to Aug. 24, 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., W600, Main Gallery

In response to the untimely death of Annie Pootoogook, an Inuk artist whose body was found in the Rideau River in 2016, the Main Gallery will feature a selection of 20th century Inuit works from the U of L Art Collection. A reception is scheduled for June 21 from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

Can Parents Identify Autism?

Thursday, June 15, 3 to 4 p.m., EP1201, CCBN

Dr. Lori Sacrey, a postdoctoral fellow and research associate in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Alberta’s Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital in Edmonton, will discuss parents’ ability to identify autism in their children.

Sunday, June 18, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Coutts Centre for Western Canadian Heritage
