I have six years of service at the University of Lethbridge in the Financial Services department. Having sat on the Initial Steps Committee that assessed the need for a People Plan last year, I feel fortunate I get to continue on to build the final product. For me, developing a People Plan will highlight the University’s recognition that it’s our people that make us great, articulate the many wonderful support systems we offer our people and shape our culture. I envision the People Plan to set the framework for which all other institutional plans can be successful.
I am a married activity coordinator for two very active boys whose free time is filled at rinks, baseball diamonds, football fields, lakes, skate parks or pools.
