Stringendo Orchestra

This amazing Strings Orchestra is for students who are ready to begin building an appreciation of orchestral skills, music and ensemble playing. Students with as little as one year of experience can play in this orchestra (as a guide, they should be able to play D, G, C, and B flat scales and know how to count simple rhythms). Students learn to follow a conductor, play together as a cohesive unit, and shape a musical line in basic time signatures and different musical styles. The emphasis in this group is to learn the basic orchestral skills while having fun. The program includes guest clinicians, weekend workshops, field trips and concerts within the community.

Please contact us if you're unsure if your child is ready, because chances are, they are!
