Whiteboard Forum and Facebook
A Whiteboard Forums integrated with social media is a primary form of engagement for students to provide input into what should be addressed in the Campus Master Plan. The format addresses in as straightforward a way as possible:
What works exceptionally well on campus, and what must be fixed?

The Questions
Students were asked to respond to six specific questions about our campus. These questions were posted on "Whiteboards" located across campus and pens were provided to fill in coloured sticky note paper or write on the board itself. Students were able to provide immediate and handwritten feedback, right on the boards. This living dialogue provided a broad range of input at a very quick pace.
The questions were also available through smart phone links and students were able to post their responses on our U of L Facebook page:
