The University of Lethbridge ICS offers support and programs for international students, including:

• English for Academic Purposes
• English language services
• advice on coming to Canada
• assistance in accessing health care, housing and other resources

Friendship Programs

Get to know more about Canada and have a more rewarding cultural experience by signing up for one of the Faculty of Management friendship programs.

These programs are available to exchange students only.

• The Buddy Program pairs you with a U of L student who will provide peer support and friendship and assist in your transition to the University.
• Friendship Families are volunteers who will share activities and outings with you, and help you learn more about Canadian culture and daily life.

Contact the International Programs office to participate in either of these programs.
