The Professional Diploma in Accounting (formerly Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting) is for those who already have an undergraduate degree, who are interested in pursuing an accounting designation as:

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Certified General Accountant (CGA)
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)

This flexible program allows students to choose the accounting courses they need for their chosen designation.

Due to the prerequisite structure of accounting, this certificate cannot be completed full-time. It is ideal to complete it part-time over three or four semesters. Those with no previous accounting background may need to take more than 10 courses to meet the course requirements for their chosen designation.

The Fast Track: The CA Bridging Program

CA Bridging is now available on Lethbridge, Calgary and Edmonton campuses. It enables you to complete all the business and accounting courses needed for admission to the CA School of Business.
