Electronic Indexes/Abstracts:

  • Can be accessed by clicking on Indexes/Databases on the Library Homepage.
  • Can be searched in the Library from any computer.
  • Are available both on and off-campus to students, faculty and staff.
  • May also contain some full-text articles.

Microforms Collection
  • Consists of two main formats: microfiche and microfilm.
  • Is only partially listed in the library catalogue.
  • Is divided into three separate collections: ERIC (education material), the Main Collection and the Woodworth Collection (Canadian material).
  • Includes several machines for reading and printing microform material.

  • Include fragile and specialized materials such as Southern Alberta Regional History sources and the Roloff Beny Collection.
  • Are partially listed in the library catalogue.
  • Cannot be signed out (must be used in L1172).
