Persistent Link Information for ARTstor Databases

These instructions will create persistent links that work both on and off campus.

Instructions:

Connect to ARTstor Digital Library database from the Library’s database page
Before you can save a persistent link, you must have a registered user account
Click on GO in the "Enter the ARTstor Digital Library" box
Register or Login (see top right-hand side)
Conduct a search
From the search results list, right-click on an image, then click on Generate image URL
Copy and paste the Image URL link into your web document

Note: Some databases may not offer persistent links. For further information, contact your subject librarian or use our Ask Us service.

To ensure that you will always be able to find your online materials again, copy the complete citation below the URL. The complete citation information should include: author, title, publication, volume and issue number (if applicable), copyright year and page numbers. Make note of where the article was found. [Retrieved from database provider and database name].
