Applies to individuals with the following appointments at the University of Lethbridge:

  • Members of The University of Lethbridge Faculty Association
  • Faculty Emeriti/Retired Faculty
  • Sessional Lecturers
  • Visiting Professors
  • Faculty Exchange Professors
  • Post Doctoral Fellows
  • Research Fellows
  • Research Associates
  • Chaplains appointed by the Intercampus Ministry
  • Individuals who are currently enrolled in credit courses offered through The University of Lethbridge at the graduate or post-graduate level (including local Master of Counselling students) or who have accepted an offer of admission to a collaborative program at the graduate or post-graduate level and who are currently registered in courses forming a part of that program
  • Master of Social Work (University of Calgary, Lethbridge Division) students residing in the Lethbridge area (less than 90 km outside the city limits of Lethbridge)
  • Others as authorized by the University librarian

  • none

Interlibrary Loan:

  • number of fully subsidized requests filled per fiscal year = 1.0 X "Q"*
  • cost per filled request over per user quota = average lending fee paid by the University library to lending institutions**
  • may apply for the Special Needs quota of 1.5 X "Q"*
  • may request items from any location

* "Q" stands for "quota" and is established on an annual basis according to the available budget, average cost of lending fees and the number of eligible users. "Q" will be prorated for appointments of less than a year in duration.

** The average lending fee is established on an annual basis in conjunction with the establishment of "quota".
