The University of Lethbridge Archives is responsible for collecting and preserving noncurrent official records which document the University’s fulfillment of its functions of teaching, research, and public service. In essence, it houses much of the institution’s memory. Among its objectives are the following:
Archival materials selected for inclusion include:
meeting minutes, correspondence, announcements, university publications, videos, audio tapes, personal papers, reports, building plans, photographs, posters, drama productions, artifacts, theses and dissertations.
While there are some restrictions on availability, most records are made available to patrons through an extensive reference service including:
