This optional package includes the ability to receive incoming calls, voicemail, call waiting, and long distance services (long distance charges billed monthly).

Follow these steps to complete your request:

  1. Choose Number of Semesters
  2. Read the Cash Office Information
  3. Read "Things to Know"
  4. Fill out your Student Information, click Submit
  5. Print the form and take it to the Cash Office for Payment

1. Choose Number of Semesters

 Enhanced Phone Package (Optional) - $90.80 per semester.

 Enhanced Phone Package (Optional) - $181.60 for 2 semesters.

If you choose to pay for only 1 semester, make sure to RENEW before the middle of December. Depending on the number of semesters selected, phones will be restored to the Mandatory Residence Communications Package (local OUTGOING service only) at the end of December and April.


2. Cash Office Information

- PRINT your completed application and take to the Cash Office AH144.

- Cash Office accepts payments made by Cash, Cheque or Debit Card only.

- Phone will not be setup until Cash Office receives payment.


3. Things to Know

- Once your phone is set up, you will receive an email containing your new phone number, a voicemail brochure and disconnection instructions.
