Application Procedures

1. Complete the EAP Application Form
2. Wait for the international centre to provide you with your University of Lethbridge student ID (if you do not have one already) before moving on to step 3
3. Submit the non-refundable EAP Application Fee of $125 (new students and students returning after an absence)
4. Submit $300.00 non-refundable EAP Tuition Deposit for each semester applied for
5. Email international@uleth.ca to confirm payment has been submitted and to request a letter of acceptance

Refund Policy

The EAP tuition deposit is non-refundable except in the following cases.

1. If the Canadian Embassy rejects your application for a study permit

If the Canadian Embassy rejects your application for a Student Visa Authorization, we will refund your $300 CAD tuition deposit if the request for a refund and the rejection letter from the Canadian Embassy are provided to international@uleth.ca within 30 days of receiving the rejection letter. Note that if bank wiring fees are required to refund the deposit to you, these fees will be subtracted from your deposit refund.

2. If you meet the English Language Proficiency Requirement prior to commencing the EAP program

If you have met the English Language Proficiency Requirement for the University of Lethbridge, notify the EAP Program by emailing international@uleth.ca prior to the first date of the EAP program to let us know that you will not be attending the EAP program and to request the tuition deposit to be rolled over to your undergraduate tuition charges.
