EAP Refund Policy

Refund Policies

The EAP Application Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

The EAP tuition deposit is non-refundable except in the following cases.

What if I didn't get my Study Permit?

If the Canadian Embassy refuses your application for a Student Permit, we will refund your $300 CAD tuition deposit if the request for a refund and the refusal letter from the Canadian Embassy are provided to international@uleth.ca within 30 days of receiving the refusal letter. Note that if bank wiring fees are required to refund the deposit to you, these fees will be subtracted from your deposit refund.

What if I have met the English Language Proficiency Requirement?

If you provide evidence to Admissions that you have met the English Language Proficiency Requirement for the University of Lethbridge, notify the English Language Institute by emailing international@uleth.ca prior to the first date of the EAP program to let us know that you will not be attending the EAP program and request the tuition deposit to be applied to your undergraduate tuition charges.
