Thank you for using the temporary account request form. In order to accommodate your request, we need to have the following information provided. Please note that a University sponsor is accountable for all conduct on the University network for the individuals using the temporary account and should be able to vouch for the character of the individual/group requesting access. There are 5 categories of temporary accounts that we grant access to here at the University.
1. Guest and temporary instructors (i.e. Guest speakers or temporary moodle instructors)
2. Contractors (This would include both technology and facilities)
3. Research Collaborators
4. Guests on campus (i.e. SWOTCA convention members)
5. University Partners - Members of the community that participate in the business functions of the University (i.e. Board of Governors)
