How do I purchase Microsoft Office via HUP?

Faculty and staff looking to purchase Microsoft Office via the HUP do so by clicking here.  The Microsoft WAH software is available under the Kivuto store. Office 365 for Faculty, Staff and Students

Recently Microsoft announced Office 365 for Students (formerly Student Advantage program) which provides a free copy of Microsoft Office for students at qualifying post-secondary institutions.

This offer is now available to current faculty and staff.

Office 365 is available on a subscription basis to current faculty, staff and students.  When you are no longer employed by the university, or graduate, Office 365 will go into reduced functionality mode and you will have the option to switch to a different plan as required.

Benefits of Office 365

Office 365 includes the full version of Office which can be installed on up to five PCs and Macs, and Windows tablets.

For PCs, Office 365 includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Lync, Publisher and Access.

For Macs, Office 365 includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. (Mac users can install Lync separately)

Advanced access to creation and editing features for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OWA (Outlook) for iPad are also included. However, these apps allow read-only access to documents until the apps are connected to an active Microsoft Office 365 account.

To install Microsoft Office visit portal.microsoftonline.com and log in with your University of Lethbridge email address and password.
