Qualtrics is a full-featured web-based tool for creating and conducting online surveys, and it is available to the University of Lethbridge Community at https://uleth.qualtrics.com.
Any current student, staff or faculty member may set up a new Qualtrics account by logging in at the link above using their UofL credentials.
**Important Note: Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the existing University Survey Policy before conducting any survey of your own, as well as Research Guidelines for human subject participants.
There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
