The IT Services Solutions Centre serves as a single point of contact for all of your technological needs. The Solutions Centre staff will help you identify what services you need and ensure they are fulfilled appropriately. If you have technological needs that fall outside of the scope of IT Services, the Solutions Centre can point you in the right direction. You can also report incidents directly to the Solutions Centre to ensure quick and complete resolution of problems.

How do I request this service?: 

The ITS Solutions Centre is located in room E610 of University Hall. You can contact the Solutions Centre by phone (403) 329-2490, email help@uleth.ca, or in person.

What is the cost for this service?: 

There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.

When is this service available?: 

The IT Solutions Centre is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
