Exchange Email Account Migrations

Account migrations are done when an Email account exists on the Exim or Google Email server (student/non-Exchange) and needs to be moved to the Microsoft Office 365 environment. Examples of this might be when an existing student or an alumni member becomes an employee of the University, or when a functional account  requires certain services beyond regular Email access (such as calendaring or voicemail access). Once an account is migrated to Office 365, it no longer connects to the Student Webmail system.

There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
