IT Services purchases Scantron exam sheets for resale to faculty. The service includes scanning, analysis and electronic delivery of results.
How do I request this service?:
Purchases: Blank Scantron exam sheets can be purchased via Internal Requisition at the IT Solutions Centre (E610).
Scanning: Drop off a set of Scantron exam sheets at the Solutions Centre and fill out a Request form, indicating what type of analysis/results you would like to receive.
What is the cost for this service?:
Blank Scantron exam sheets come in packs of 500 and sold on a cost-recovery basis for $90 per pack.
When is this service available?:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
