All mail content in all folders will impact your available mail quota. This includes your Sent, Deleted and Drafts folders. If you are staff or faculty (on the Exchange server) this also includes your calendar items, contact information and tasks. If you approach or exceed your storage limit, this may affect your ability to use email services (send/receive). We can help you manage your quota by showing you how to identify emails that can be deleted to reduce your usage.
