All University of Lethbridge employees (faculty and staff) have accounts on our Microsoft Exchange 2010 server. Your Exchange account includes your email, calendar and contacts, and has a 2GB storage quota by default. Microsoft Exchange allows you to synchronize your content (email, calendar and contacts) across multiple devices and locations (as long as they support Microsoft Exchange 2010) as well as share your calendar information and email folders with colleagues (for collaboration purposes). If you have a device (or are at a location) that doesn't support Microsoft Exchange 2010, you can still access all features of your Exchange account via the Outlook Web App over a standard internet connection.

There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
