All University of Lethbridge employees (faculty and staff) have accounts on our Microsoft Office 365 environment. Your Office 365 account includes your email, calendar and contacts, and has a 50GB storage quota by default. Microsoft Office 365 allows you to synchronize your content (email, calendar and contacts) across multiple devices and locations (as long as they support Microsoft Office 365) as well as share your calendar information and email folders with colleagues (for collaboration purposes). If you have a device (or are at a location) that doesn't support Microsoft Office 365, you can still access all features of your Office 365 account via the Outlook Web App over a standard internet connection.

There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
