Eduroam is a wireless service that provides students, staff and faculty from educational institutions secure access to the Internet while visiting other member institutions.
Users simply use the domain credentials of their home institution to access the service.
Note: The level of access and services provided may vary among institutions and is determined by the hosting school.
Eduroam provides the following services at the U of L:
Eduroam user login
A fully qualified user name must be used for the Eduroam wireless network login. Please see example below.
In most scenarios, accessing the UofL Eduroam service will be similar to how you access the wireless service at your home institution, with the exception that the SSID at the UofL is "eduroam."
If you experience a problem, you must contact the IT help desk of your home institution for assistance.
