IT Services will assist with:
- Installing University-supported standard software on work computers for which a license has already been obtained.
- Acquiring new software licenses and/or provisioning existing licenses.
- Providing general information and consultation about available software and associated licenses.
- Updating and maintaining software installed on work computers to ensure it is working as expected within the campus environment.
Most software can be installed remotely, over the phone. Please call the Solutions Centre (403-329-2490) when you are at the computer on which you need software installed. If you require the software on a laptop, you can also drop the laptop off at the Solutions Centre (E610), in person.
There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
