Assist with recovering lost or corrupted files from central network shares on //ulfiles, //uldept, //ulresearch by the Solutions Centre.

Most of these servers have online snapshots to recover from, which reduces the time-to-recover drastically, and can typically be accomplished with remote assistance.

Contact the IT Solution Centre to request this service, and please provide the full path to the files/folders that need recovery to speed the process.

This service is funded by Central IT.
