This service encompasses the design and development of custom modules and applications within enterprise systems to support teaching, research, advancement or administration. This may also include development of integration points such as web services, gateway processes, remote calls and other data communications between new or existing enterprise applications (eg. The Bridge, Banner). Consultation on possible application development or integrations solutions is available. Business approval is required prior to acceptance of request.

Analysis, troubleshooting, improvements, upgrades, fixes, data clean up, data transfers, account privilege maintenance solutions, and investigative work in support of developed solutions are commonly provided as part of this service.
