If you unable to log in to Banner or are locked out of Banner, you can reset your Banner password. This is done via self-service on the Employee tab of The Bridge (requires a valid Campus ID Card). If you are unable to use the self-service Banner Password Reset tool, you can receive a manual Banner Password Reset through the IT Solutions Centre.

If you need a manual Banner Password Reset, you must visit the IT Solutions Centre (E610) in person with a valid Campus ID Card. If you are unable to visit the IT Solutions Centre in person (out of town), please call the IT Solutions Centre for further assistance (403-329-2490).
There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
