Banner is the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, and handles the majority of the University's administrative operations. It manages student, finance, human resources, advancement and other institutional data. Access to this system is restricted, audited and only available to University employees for the purpose of fulfilling their work responsibilities as approved by their supervisor and the data custodians.
Employees must first obtain approval from their supervisor in order to request access or additional privileges in Banner.
Access to student, finance, human resources, and advancement data requires approval from the data custodians of each accessed area. Contact the IT Solutions Centre, and one of our Client Services Specialists in will forward your request appropriately.
There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
24 hours/day, 7 days/week, except when scheduled maintenance is being conducted.
