IT Services provides anti-virus software solutions for end-user work computers to protect the campus community from viruses, worms, trojans, and other malware. ITS also provides manual malware removal services for infected work machines on the campus network, which cannot be remedied by the end-user software alone.
Most work computers come with the end-user software installed. If you do not have the end-user software on your work computer, it can be installed from the following location. If your workstaion is infected by malware and was not removed by the end-user software provided, please contact the Solutions Centre for manual removal services.
There is no cost for this service, as it is funded by the University.
24 hours/day, 7 days/week, except when scheduled maintenance is being conducted for the end-user software.
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM for the manual removal.
Contact the Solutions Centre.
