Project Governance

Project Governance has been implemented for IT projects at the University in order to facilitate the selection and prioritization of projects providing the most value to the institution. The process is driven by the IT Projects Committee (ITPC), which meets on a monthly basis to review Business Cases and Project Plans that are submitted for consideration. The committee also reviews projects in progress to ensure they continue to be viable and will achieve the goals that were set out and agreed upon.
