ITPC Meeting Schedule and Submission Deadlines

The Information Technology Projects Committee (ITPC) meets monthly, usually on the fourth Thursday of each month at 3:15 PM. Business Cases and Project Plans submitted for approval by the committee are due at least two weeks prior to the meeting in which they will be reviewed. The committee requires early submission in order to provide an opportunity for the IT Services Project Management Office to review these submissions to ensure they are complete and adhere to ITPC standards, and for the ITPC members to subsequently review submissions before the meeting to ensure everyone's time can be utilized efficiently.

When you submit a Business Case or Project Plan to ITPC, your submission will be reviewed by the ITS Project Management Office within three business days of submission. If no changes are required, you will receive a notification indicating the date upon which the committee will review your submission, and an invitation to attend the meeting so that you can address any questions the committee might have.

If your submission is incomplete or requires adjustments to meet ITPC requirements, you will be notified of the issues and provided guidance on how to correct them. In order to be reviewed by ITPC, such adjustments must be accepted at least one week prior to the scheduled ITPC meeting.
