We experienced service interruptions on Thursday January 14 and Sunday January 17 affecting a wide variety of services. At this time, we believe that all affected services have been restored, and that the underlying storage issue that created these problems has also been resolved. If you continue to experience any problems with University systems, please try restarting your computer. If the issues persist, please contact the ITS Solutions Centre. restored

Systems issues

We experienced issues with our core systems early this morning, which impacted a variety of services. Many departmental websites as well as the Notice Board were offline and were restored just after 9:00 AM. We experienced issues with fax machine connectivity which were corrected by 10:45 AM. Also, the mailing list service experienced performance issues that delayed or prevented the delivery of messages, which was corrected at 12:10 PM. At this time, the website remains offline.
