What is International Week?
International Education Week is held each November and recognized in many countries around the world. At the U of L, we celebrate International Week to recognize ethnic and cultural diversity. More than 60 countries are represented here at the U of L each semester, including well over 800 students, faculty and staff whose roots lie outside of Canada. International Week is an opportunity to better acquaint ourselves with our global neighbors—to share the sights, sounds and tastes of the world outside our Canadian borders—to experience the world right here in our own backyard!
