Health Check for U Take a look at our new video promo - developed by 2011 4th Year NESA students Video Link Are you at risk for heart disease or other related diseases? Do you smoke? Have high blood pressure? Weigh more than 20% above ideal weight? Or just want to check your current health status? If you are interested in being screened for cardiovascular disease or would like more information, contact Suzanne at 5217 or email wellness@uleth.ca. The program is available to all employees and faculty. It is free and only takes 15 - 30 minutes of your time.
Employee And Family Assistance Program EFAP Info and Resources for Supervisors/Managers As a Supervisor or Manager there may be early warning signs of employees who may require assistance; learn the recommended referral procedures to the EFAP; and help for ongoing management of distressed employees.
